Leadership and Expertise

Group manangement

The TGOC Group Management Structure includes founding members Winston Malusi Molewa (Group Chief Executive) and Tshepiso Ramonyadiwa (Group Financial Director), who serve on the Board.

Winston Malusi Molewa (Group Chief Executive)

Malusi, a law degree graduate, leverages his legal background and entrepreneurial drive to successfully co-found and run multiple companies in the commerce sector. He provides visionary leadership for all TGOC companies, offering strategic and operational advice, and continuously seeking more sustainable, cost-effective solutions. As GCE, Malusi is responsible for strategic business planning and ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met across all TGOC business units.

Tshepiso Ramonyadiwa (Group Financial Director)

Tshepiso, a finance graduate, oversees financial operations across multiple companies within TGOC. She has a proven record of driving cost savings, optimising financial processes, and implementing strategic initiatives. Her expertise in corporate governance and financial management makes her a valuable board member. As GFD, Tshepiso is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining all corporate financial systems, ensuring overall business model development and compliance.
